• Sleeping bag or bedroll

• Comfortable shoes and/or boots - two pair (they will get muddy/dirty)
• Three complete changes of clothing (shorts not recommended)
• A bag lunch for the first day  (Please try your best to pack a trash-free lunch.)

• Plastic bag for dirty clothes
• Insect repellant (seasonal)
• Camera

Not permitted or needed:

• Food and/or snacks (except for lunch day #1)
• Hair dryers
• Money (except for purchase of $7.00 t-shirt)
• Radios, iPods, mp3 players, or CD players
• Pocket knives
• Curling irons
• Aerosol sprays
• No electronic devices (including Gameboys, etc.)

*Warm clothes are critical during cold weather.  Please be sure to listen to the weather report and pack the clothes you will need to be comfortable.  Activities will be OUTSIDE unless the weather is dangerous.

NO GLASS BOTTLES PLEASE!  We recycle plastic and aluminum.
