Classroom Rules/Discipline Action

  • I will be prepared.
  • I will follow all directions.
  • I will respect all adults, my classmates and myself.
  • I will keep my hands, feet and objects to myself.

IF A STUDENT CHOOSES TO BREAK A RULE:

  • 1st Time Warning
  • 2nd Time Contact parent/guardian, Time out in classroom
  • 3rd Time Contact parent/guardian, Time outside of classroom
  • 4th Time Contact parent/guardian, Conference with guidance
  • 5th Time Contact parent/guardian, Conference with parent/guardian
  • 6th Time Contact parent/guardian, Submit PS-74

    Severe Disruption: Students are sent to Ms. Carr with PS-74 in hand. Students that are in detention two times per quarter will not be able to attend field trips during that quarter. Violation of any school or classroom rules may result in detention, parent/guardian shadowing or for sever violations, suspension.
