Technology Inclusion For All

Prince George's County Public Schools is striving to ensure that all students have equivalent access to computer-based instructional technology and all teacher created technology infused instructional materials are accessible. This action directly supports COMAR 13A.05.02.13 H, Accessibility of Technology-Based Instructional Products, and Statute § 7-910, which states that all teacher created technology infused materials shall be accessible by FY2005. COMAR 13A.05.02.13 H aligns with Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act, "Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards."

To help schools comply with these requirements ongoing training is available to all staff. Resources are posted on this web page to provide information and support school-based training activities.
