    All students are required to have a signed parent permission slip and signed medical physical evaluation form completed by a licensed physician before they may participate in any school-sponsored interscholastic athletic activity.

    Soccer: Tasker Soccer tryouts will be the week of March 12-15, 2019 (March 12 is a revised date).  All students who will be trying out must have the PGCPS Student Athlete and Parent Permission packet as well as a pre participation physical evaluation completed and signed  prior to the first day of tryouts. Students will not be permitted to attend tryouts without the completed forms.  **Students must have a reliable ride home, promptly at 5pm.
    Cricket
     

    Cricket is the second most popular sport in the world, and students from BTMS have been participating in the Washington  Area Middle School League since it first started in 2015. 

    There will be no tryouts. Students will be accepted on a “first come, first serve basis.” 14 players are needed for one team. Dates: 11 March – 31 May 2019.  Practices: 6:00pm – 7:30pm, either Mon/Wed or Tues/Thur at Kenilworth Elementary School depending on the availability of the coaches.

    Registration Fee: $85 per player...Registration: To register your son or daughter for the school cricket team, please send an email with the following information to cricket@bbgc.com.

    SCIENCE OLYMPIAD
       STEM is IN!                                                                       STEM is IN!

    Maryland Science Olympiad (SO) provides fun and challenging STEM competition; tournament events are well balanced between life science, earth and space science, chemistry, physics, technology and engineering, and inquiry. 

    What a better way for your child to be introduced or to return to this fun After School Activity than to join Ms. Lin on Thursdays @ 3:30pm-4:30pm.   It is not just a scientific theory...students CAN get ahead in preparing for County competition by signing up for this activity!

    Students who participate with SO team may be assigned an event to run at the regional tournament at Maryland.
