    Our Mission

    The mission of the Even Start Program is to increase the oral and written communication skills of educationally disadvantaged adults and their children by providing family literacy instruction and related support in conjunction with services already being offered by the Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS), government agencies, and community organizations
