Dr. Judith J. White has dedicated over three decades to fostering excellence and enhancing student success. A proud product of Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS), she has a deep-rooted passion for removing barriers within the educational system to open doors for students' future triumphs.

Her educational journey spans Salisbury University, the University of Maryland, and Bowie State University, where she honed her expertise. In her tenure with PGCPS, Dr. White has contributed at every academic tier, showcasing her versatility and commitment to educational advancement. From her beginnings as a high school Special Education teacher to roles as diverse as middle school Academic/Testing Coordinator, HR Hiring Supervisor, elementary school Assistant Principal, and Principal, she has consistently championed students' potential.

Dr. White's leadership extends beyond traditional roles. She has served as an Instructional Director and currently holds the position of Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In her latest role as Chief Academic Officer for PGCPS, she continues to drive initiatives aimed at achieving exceptional academic outcomes for all students.

In addition to her fervor for educational excellence, Dr. White is deeply passionate about executive coaching, where she assists leaders in refining their management strategies to promote intentional and effective leadership. With her multifaceted background and unwavering dedication, Dr. Judith J. White stands as a beacon of innovation and empowerment within the educational landscape of Prince George's County.
