This course is designed to provide students access in basic topics in Environmental Science. Students will investigate the natural environment and the interrelationships among natural systems including biodiversity and population dynamics. This course is designed to facilitate alternate academic learning outcomes appropriate to the instructional needs of the student, as documented in the Individualized Education Program (IEP). This course is linked to the general education curriculum; however, the student will require a different scope and sequence, adapted and modified materials.
