Prince George’s County Public Schools (“PGCPS”) does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in its working or learning environments, which include, but are not limited to, the administrative buildings, schools, or PGCPS sponsored activities. This administrative procedure has been created to enforce Board Policy 0125 (Nondiscrimination) and embodies PGCPS’ commitment to ensuring that each student and employee can learn and work in an environment free from discrimination and harassment.
The grievance procedures outlined below apply to complaints of discrimination and harassment filed by a student, employee, or applicant for employment. Complaints of Title IX, Discrimination and Harassment on the Basis of Sex shall be processed pursuant to the procedures set forth in Administrative Procedure 0104.
