• Educational Online Program: Blended Learning Online Credit Recovery

This page was last updated: 2018-06-28

    Program Description

Blended Learning programs allow students to continue their education by accessing coursework conducive to their individual schedules in an online and flexible classroom environment. It is important to note, that these courses follow an accelerated schedule, weekly assignment deadlines, regular participation, and can be more rigorous than an actual high school classroom.  It is imperative that students remain self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent, and ensure that assignments and requirements are completed on time. Dedicated students can complete their coursework at an accelerated course if determined and hardworking.

    Who Should Apply

Students currently enrolled in Grades 9-12 interested in repeating credit in high school courses through a blended learning online course meeting at home schools or nearby.

    How To Apply

With the assistance of the Professional School Counselor, eligible students must complete a Student Registration and Grade Report Form and pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover Card only, or money order at the time of registration.

Prince George’s County Public School students eligible to graduate at the end of Summer 2018 must also present a Certification of Graduation Form, along with an official transcript, High School Assessment scores, and Student Service-Learning hours at the time of registration.
