During distance learning, immunizations are still required. Parents may submit immunization documentation by utilizing the following methods:
Parents may scan immunization documentation or take a picture and send an image of the documentation to the following email address: health.services@pgcps.org.
Parents must indicate in the body of the email; the name of the student and what school the student attends so that the information can be directed to the correct school.
For new students who have registered through our new online enrollment system, immunization documentation can be uploaded directly to this platform at https://pgcpsmdc.scriborder.com/.
For instructions on how to upload documents, tutorials can be found at the following links:
Parents who are unable to scan and email immunization documentation or who are not enrolling a new student, may contact the School Nurse at your child’s school and make an appointment on Monday or Wednesday to bring the appropriate documentation in person.
Temperatures will be taken of all visitors entering the school during the pandemic and distance learning period.
In September, PGCPS will host free immunization clinics at multiple school sites to assist families with meeting immunization requirements. These services are offered in collaboration with the Prince George’s County Health Department and the Maryland Partnership for Prevention.
Parents should visit the immunization website for additional information such as immunization requirements, upcoming immunization clinics, forms, and frequently asked questions at Immunizations.
