Homework Support Suite from Prince George’s County Memorial Library

Grades K-12

The Homework Support Suite is available for students while learning from home or on the go! Access live tutoring in English and Spanish, practice tests for college entrance, databases, and research tools.

Grades K- 2

Sign up to have your elementary student (grades K-2) receive tutoring from a tutor through BookNook! BookNook is an online learning program that offers access to 800 different texts in English and Spanish. With BookNook, students receive instruction in basic skills, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension. Reports of student progress are measured after each lesson.

Program: Prince George’s County Public Schools Math Tutoring in Partnership with Carnegie Learning Math Tutoring for High School Student

Grades 9 - 12

Math tutors will assist students with independent assignments in Algebra 1 & 2,

Foundations for College Algebra, Geometry, Applications in Algebra, Quantitative Modeling,

Probability & Statistics, Maryland College and Career Readiness Mathematics (MCCR),

Trigonometry, PreCalculus, and Calculus. They will also teach students mathematical concepts, processes, and computations within these courses.

Prince George’s County Public Schools Math Tutoring in Partnership with Carnegie Learning Math Tutoring for Middle School Students 

Grades 6-8

Math tutors are available to assist middle school students (grades 6-8) with homework, teaching them how to perform the calculations needed to complete their assignments. They will be available to receive requests for assistance from students via call, text, or online. Tutors will offer encouragement and support to keep students motivated and ready to learn!
