"Prince George’s County Public Schools utilizes a Public Private Partnership (P3) design, build, finance, and maintenance model to deliver six new public schools by 2023. PGCPS is the first jurisdiction in the nation to utilize this P3 method to bundle the construction and maintenance of a group of public schools. During the transitional period when the old school is removed, the land is prepared for the build, and new building is constructed Hyattsville Middle School students will attend classes at different locations according to their grade level and special program, if applicable.
"SY 2021-2023: The Hyattsville School program will be split between three locations. 6th grade students will relocate to Thomas Stone Elementary School, 7th and 8th grade non-CPA* students will relocate to Meadowbrook School, and 7th and 8th grade CPA* students will relocate to Robert Goddard Montessori School."2
