SchoolMAX Important Information

Here are some helpful tips regarding registering for the SchoolMAX Family Portal"

• Information needed to register
  • Student DOB, ID number, street address
  • Personal email address to use for access (This will be your username.)
  • Install Mozilla Firefox browser (Should be used for entire registration process) 
• Email address should be entered in all lowercase letters. It will allow you to sign up with capital letters but it will not allow you to sign in with capital letters in it.
• After initial registration you will receive an email with a link to fully complete registration by setting up 3 security questions. Your account will not completely be created until those questions are set up. The email might be in your spam/junk mail folder in your email.
• Be prepared to save security question answers/hints to allow you to manage your account password and such.
