Eric Harrison is an educator entering his 28th year in education! He is a former mathematics teacher with a passion to see young people succeed in and out of the classroom.
A native of Prince George's County, Mr. Harrison attended Delaware State University where he majored in Mathematics, played football for five years and was named an Academic All-American. After finishing undergraduate school he received his Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Trinity University in Washington DC. Eric Harrison has over a dozen years as a classroom teacher in all content areas in math and close to 20 years as an administrator at some of the finest schools in the DMV including Archbishop Carroll High School, Laurel High School, DuVal High School and now Gwynn Park High School.
Mr. Harrison has been a part of the Gwynn Park family for six years and looks forward to continuing his efforts to make improvements to the school and celebrate the achievements of young people!
Mr. Harrison resides in Upper Marlboro with his wife, son, and daughter.
