Arts Integration Education

“Arts Integration is an approach to teaching in which students construct and demonstrate understanding through an art form. Students engage in a creative process which connects an art form and another subject area and meets evolving objectives in both.”

Paint Branch Elementary School is an Arts Integration School that utilizes the teaching approach of integrating an art form i.e. music, dance, theatre, visual art and media into all content area subjects. It allows students to construct and demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of a lesson through the arts.
