PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CTE Publishing and Graphics Communication - PrintED program is a two year pathway designed to give students an overall understanding of the Graphic Communication industry and its major operations that lead to national PrintED certification. Students will be prepared to work in advertising firms that utilize desktop/media publishing or work as a freelancer. Students will learn and create designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Students will also learn how to set up digital and offset printing, and operate screen printing machines.

Program Features

Students in the program are offered a multitude of careers for an individual seeking an opportunity to build a brand in advertising, fashion or graphic arts. This program will allow for imagination and passion to create spirited designs and eye-catching advertisements that represent personal style and a style to fit the masses.
