PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The International High Schools are schools of choice designed for English Language Learners. The average class size is 25, and the school hosts 400 students altogether. Students collaborate in experiential projects and work in heterogeneous groups of students with diverse language levels, backgrounds, and experiences. Students are assigned to advisors who support them on their college and career journey. IHS gets to know students in order to develop a personalized learning plan so that it reflects their interests, needs, and aspirations.
