It establishes measurable goals and key performance indicators aligned to district outcomes and identifies the strategic priorities and initiatives necessary to advance student success, build a robust workforce, ensure equitable access to programs, strengthen family partnerships, and improve organizational culture. The plan provides a framework for monitoring progress, ensuring accountability, and supporting continuous improvement across the system.
