PGCPS will host its 2nd Annual virtual PRIDE Conference on Saturday, May 31, from 9 to 11 a.m. The event is dedicated to uplifting LGBTQIA+ students, families and allies across the district.

The conference aims to offer an affirming space for middle and high school students, their families, and PGCPS staff to engage in meaningful conversations around identity, inclusion, and support. This year's theme focuses on advocacy and empowerment, with sessions aimed at:

“Creating safe, inclusive learning spaces is a priority for our district,” said Superintendent Millard House II. “Events like these ensure all students and families feel seen, supported and empowered.”

Students seeking connection, parents in search of resources, and allies aiming to deepen their understanding will find valuable insights and opportunities to engage throughout the conference.
