Attending the March 1 Spring Into Wellness health fair hosted by PGCPS and Hazel Health? Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your day:
What to Expect:
- Free Health Services: Free immunizations (grades 6-12) & sports physicals (middle & high school)
- Fuel Up: Free breakfast & lunch (first come, first served)
- Incentives: Get a $25 grocery gift card with a vaccination or physical
- Win Big: Hourly raffles for AirPods, Chromebooks, Six Flags tickets & more
- Childcare: Free with pre-registration
- Entertainment: Music by WPGC & El Zol + community resources
Important Tips:
- Arrive Early: Immunizations and sports physicals are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Stay Updated: While the event is currently sold out, keep an eye on the event registration page as spots may open due to cancellations.
Families who were unable to register for the health fair can still take advantage of free health services! Through our partnership with Hazel Health, students can complete an urgent medical care visit or a therapy visit virtually or at school.
