Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) and the Prince George’s County Education Association (PGCEA) have reached a tentative agreement that includes salary enhancements and contract updates. The tentative agreement responds directly to employee voices and a broader call for lasting improvements in how the district attracts and retains talent.
