Everyone experiences personal problems occasionally. The EAP is here to help address and resolve those issues before professional obligations and overall quality of life are disrupted.
To demonstrate its commitment to reducing employee stress, turnover and health care costs, the Prince George's County Board of Education will continue to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all full-time employees. This benefit is a part of an expanded Employee Wellness Program and is provided under contract by INOVA Health System.

You will be offered the opportunity to schedule face-to-face counseling sessions at your convenience at a location close to your home or workplace. The EAP team is staffed by professional counselors who are experienced in assisting people with a wide range of issues.
