In Business Law 2 students will gain an understanding of the law as it relates to them currently and the implication in their future, as well as, the lives of their family and friends. The course will include an understanding of the court system at the local, state, and national levels. Students will gain an understanding of contract law, consumer law, employment law, estate law, their rights and responsibilities as citizens, utilization of financial transactions, employment and agency relationships, the regulations governing different types of business organizations.
