Description:
All students in the Media Arts Production program will have the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed for creating a media production. They will be exposed to a curriculum, aligned with Maryland Media Arts Standards, that fosters an appreciation for media literacy, ethics, design, and innovation. The program will enhance interdisciplinary studies as outlined by the MSDE Curriculum and State Standards related to English, Math, Social Studies, Science, the Arts, and Technical Subjects. Learners will experience practical application, cross-curricular connections and real-world exploration, which will promote effective communicators, dynamic team players, and service-oriented citizens.
