The on-the-job training takes place at the work-site and must be a paid experience (at least minimum wage) with a minimum of 450 hours. This experience is directed by the Apprentice work based learning agreement provided by the school system and a student work plan developed in coordination with the student, work based learning coordinator, and eligible employer.
