Under the direction of the Chief Accountability Officer, the Director of Student Enrollment Services will have the overall responsibility for reviewing, monitoring and implementing all aspects of the department. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for initiating and developing the overall objectives for their assigned unit. Responsibilities include assessing the needs of the unit, developing an operational framework for the unit, developing a budget based on analysis of needs, and implementing the processes and procedures for evaluating programs and personnel in the unit. Special assignments are received through conferences, written instructions and requests from the Chief Accountability Officer and Superintendent of Schools.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in planning, data management, business administration or a closely related field required. A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible related experience, with a minimum of three (3) of supervisory experience. Previous administrative experience in an educational setting preferred.
