An employee in this class relates policies, requirements and objectives of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to child care providers and the general public. Work duties include reviewing menus and invoices, processing monthly claims in accordance with federal and state guidelines, including enrolling new applicants, and assisting in workshops. Work is performed under the general supervision of the supervisor.
High school diploma supplemented by courses in nutrition and/or food service operations preferred, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
