Dual Enrollment has helped me grow in so many ways, especially in managing my time and becoming a stronger communicator through working with my professors. My advice to other students: take advantage of new opportunities. You never know how much they can shape your future.

I gained more than just credits through the Dual Enrollment program. I developed real skills I'll continue to use, like writing stronger papers, organizing my ideas clearly, formatting correctly, and using credible sources effectively. I also learned new writing strategies and how to properly cite and incorporate evidence into my work.

Being in the Dual Enrollment program for nearly two years has helped me get a head start on my future in healthcare. I’ve already taken courses that will count toward nursing and discovered a passion for neurosurgery along the way. I’ve met people who share my goals and interests, which made the experience even more meaningful. If you’re thinking about it, go for it. It pushes you to grow and helps you become your best self.

When I joined the dual enrollment program, I didn’t expect it would feel like a break from high school. I’m basically a full-time college student now. I’d tell other students it’s worth it because it gives you a head start on your college journey, letting you earn your degree faster and prepare for a stable career.
