Complete change of uniform in a zip bag labeled with child’s name (socks, underwear, shirt, pants)
Sweater (Navy blue)
(1) box of quart-size ziplock plastic bags
(2 gal size) Plastic storage bags
(2 pk) baby wipes
(2 pk) sanitizing wipes

(8) Composition books 100 page count; wide ruled (Grades 1 - 5)
(5) Primary composition books (PreK - K)
(1) Zipper pencil Pouch
(5 small) Glue sticks
(1) liquid glue bottle (PreK - 2nd only)
(3) boxes of #2 pencils
(1) boxes of colored pencils
(1) boxes of Crayola crayons - 8 pk (PreK - 2nd grade); 12-24 pk - (grades 3 - 5)
(3) yellow highlighters
Scissors (blunt cut)
(1) ruler with inches and centimeters
(5) pocket folders (plastic or paper)
(1) Backpack (NO WHEELS. Must fit inside storage cubicle)
(1) Antibacterial soap
(2) hand sanitizer
