Hello Crossland Cavalier Families,
As we move forward to school re-opening for in-person learning on 8 and 15 April 2021, please be reminded that all students must be up to date with state-mandated immunizations prior to returning to school. Please note these requirements have not been waived due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
I encourage families to act now to ensure students have the immunizations they need to attend school. Once received please e-mail a copy of the immunization record to your School Nurse at constance.hazzard@pgcps.org so that their school records can be updated.
Due to the mass COVID vaccination clinics being conducted by the Prince George’s County Health Department, immunization clinics are not being held at this time. The organizations listed below provide immunizations for a small fee.
Families with insurance should make vaccination appointments with their child’s pediatrician or local CVS, Giants, etc.
