National Honor Society
Mission Statement:
To encourage our fellow peers to achieve more as well as take an active leadership role in our school as the leaders and role models we strive to be.
Members Requirements:
- 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Community Service Hours (10 hours a year)
- Extracurricular activities
- Responsibility to complete tasks assigned
- Required to attend 2 meetings a month.
- When necessary, additional meetings may be held for special events.
Prospective Members Checklist:
- Must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA (will be verified)
- Must have 2 teacher recommendation letters (print)
- Formal application completed
- Write an Essay
- Parental approval
ALL application sections must be turned in together by the deadline to Mr. Ben Washington in room 132. No late application will be accepted.
FALL 2026 DEADLINE: October 16, 2026
Annual dues must be paid before Induction Ceremony on November 13th.
