Subject: Important Transportation Update for Laurel High School Families

Dear Laurel High School Families,

I’m reaching out to share an important update regarding afternoon transportation today. At this time, some students have not yet been assigned an afternoon bus route.

Please know that school and district staff are actively working together to address this issue and ensure that every student gets home safely. If your child was impacted, your child was asked to contact you by telephone to let you know the transportation plan the team came up with for this afternoon.

We understand the importance of resolving this matter as quickly as possible while minimizing disruption to families. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work toward a safe and timely resolution.

The District Communications Office will provide additional communication this evening with further information and next steps.
