In the event of Virtual Education Days, here is how your student can stay connected and keep learning:

Schedule

Your school will share specific start and end times. Students will participate in four hours of live instruction, supplemented by independent learning activities throughout the day.

Devices & Care

Students may use personal devices or school-issued loaners to families who submitted their request through ParentVUE. If your child is using a school device, please help them handle it with care and remember to return it on the first day we return to in-person learning.

How to Connect

Students should  log in via Clever to get started. They should login with their PGCPS username and password. Or, your school may have sent your young learners home with a Clever badge to hold up to the camera on your device. Then, follow the instructions below.

Attendance Matters

Attendance will be taken during live Google Meet sessions. Be sure your students are camera ready and engaged for learning! If your child is unable to attend or complete assignments, please submit an absence note to the school within three calendar days.
