The ESSA & Title I Department offers a 4-week enrichment program that will immerse current 4th and 5th grade students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics (STEAM).

Program Description

Block B.O.T. Academy: Get Ready to Build the Future!

Welcome to The Block B.O.T. Academy Summer Enrichment Program! This exciting summer adventure is designed for incoming 6th-grade Title I students who are ready to explore the world of STEAM through creativity, teamwork, and hands-on challenges.
Students will:

Build and code with LEGO robotics. Tackle Engineering by design challenges

Boost creativity with journaling and social-emotional learning activities

Explore STEAM concepts through hands-on experiential learning trips


At The Block B.O.T. Academy, students don’t just learn—they innovate, create, and problem-solve in a fun and supportive environment. This program sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and prepares students for an exciting future in STEAM.


Science Technology Aerospace and Math Program (STAMP) 

The STAMP Program offers a unique Summer enrichment opportunity for incoming 5th-grade Title I students. Through an engaging and interactive curriculum, focusing on science and technology, particularly in aerospace and engineering, students will embark on a journey to explore, learn, and create. Utilizing NASA's BEST curriculum, the program aims to ignite students passions for STEM subjects, equipping them with valuable knowledge and technical skills to excel both inside and outside the classroom.

In addition to science and technology, the program integrates journaling, creative arts, SEL concepts, and fitness activities throughout the day, providing a well-rounded experience for participants. Each day is designed to be filled with hands-on activities encompassing science, technology, aerospace, mathematics (STAMP), and abstract STEM concepts. These activities are carefully crafted to connect with real-world experiences, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the subjects explored.

Who should apply

Title I students currently in 4th and 5th grades.
