Prince George's Community College Summer Youth Program

These courses are designed for students who have completed grades 2-8 during the current school year. Owl Scholars offers academic and interest-based activities in a college setting. Girls Who Will (GWW) Summer Camp

This is a summer program for middle and high school girls that provides computer technology/science education to girls in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. University of Maryland Baltimore County Summer Programs

2023 Summer Day Camp

For 45 years we’ve built and grown a summer program that emphasizes having fun in a positive, well structured, and exciting environment.  During our summer 2024 camp we will make every effort to provide a safe environment for campers, families and our staff.  We will follow state and university COVID-19 protocols. Designed for children ages 6-13, the camp curriculum has been created to offer a wide variety of programs to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of our campers and aimed at delivering both fun and learning opportunities for children. Pre College students

Academically strong high school students (rising juniors or seniors) can take summer session classes if they meet UMBC’s high school concurrent enrollment requirements. Most credits earned can be applied to degree programs at UMBC or are transferable to other colleges/universities. Please click on the link below for more information. 

Non-credit Summer Enrichment Programs

UMBC’s Summer Enrichment Academy (SEA) provides middle and high school students a stimulating introduction to the college experience with opportunities in science, engineering, technology, the arts and humanities, all led by UMBC faculty, industry professionals and graduate students. Designed to spark our students’ deepest passions and interests, SEA offers a variety of rigorous/engaging 1 and 2 week summer workshops and camp programs.
