Become an ESOL Teacher with PGCPS!
Interested in working as an ESOL teacher? An ESOL teacher provides instruction for English Learners by developing, selecting, and modifying instructional plans and materials and presenting them using specialized techniques that meet the needs of all students. Both current Prince George’s County Public Schools’ employees and external candidates are welcome to apply. In order to be considered for ESOL vacancies, candidates must be ESOL certified or have less than 20 credits needed to obtain standard teaching certificate or only the ESOL praxis content needed to obtain ESOL endorsement.
