• The Educator Application and Credentialing Hub (TEACH)
  • The TEACH portal will allow you to access your license and complete tasks such as renewal, reinstatement, and add endorsement areas.
  • If you have a Maryland Certificate or have held one previously, DO NOT create another profile.
  • If you need help recovering your password or accessing your TEACH Dashboard, you may contact MSDE at 410-767-0390 or certinfo.msde@maryland.gov.

  • There is a $10 processing fee for the issuance of a license, due at the time of approval, prior to receiving the license. The educator is required to log into their portal to make this payment.
