Board Policy 1116 - Information Packet

To provide a medium of communications with parents and citizens, the Board will prepare an Information Packet and distribute annually to all schools for the start of the school year, which shall be duplicated and distributed to students. The packet will consist of a number of publications and documents that will:

  1. Highlight Prince George’s County Public Schools programs, services, and procedures
  2. List important school system phone numbers
  3. List schools with addresses, phone numbers, hours, and principals.
  4. Explain emergency code, procedures, forms, and records.
  5. Provide other information as needed.
