• 1 pencil pouch or box
• #2 pencils (multiple packs)
• Blue or black pens
• Red pens (for editing)
• Highlighters (assorted colors)
• Colored pencils or crayons
• Markers (washable)
• Glue sticks (2–3)
• Scissors
• Ruler (with inches and centimeters)
• 1 pack of index cards
• Sticky notes (Post-its)

For Organization

• 5 composition notebooks (one for each subject)
• 5 pocket folders with prongs (color-coded by subject, if possible)
• 2” 3-ring binder
• Dividers for binder (8-tab set)
• Loose-leaf notebook paper (wide or college ruled)
• Graph paper (for math)
• 1 spiral notebook (for journaling or notes)
