All You Need to Know About Registration

Proof of residence may be established by the following documents: Settlement papers, lease/rental agreement, deed of property, mortgage statement, or a current property tax bill.  Settlement papers, lease agreements, and rental agreements must be signed and dated by all parties.  Additional items, including 2 recent pieces of mail or letter from apartment complexes on official letterhead, may be required if there are concerns regarding the proof of residence, if the original term of the lease has expired, or if the ownership information is more than one year old.  These documents must be dated within 30 days of submission and may include the following:  non-cell phone bill, utility bill, credit card statement, bank statement, mail from government agencies (excluding PGCPS) for official correspondence, hospital bill, or auto, home, or health insurance policy.  Private party leases must be notarized by the property owner or a notarized letter from the property owner must be provided with the original lease. Shared Housing Affidavit, if applicable (see above) - If your family is living with a relative or friend, a new updated notarized Prince George’s County Public Schools Shared Housing Affidavit, signed by both parties, may be used as proof of residence with the following conditions: (1) All parties must sign the notarized statement; (2) The relative or friend, with whom the parent(s)/guardian(s) reside, must show their proof of residence as indicated above; (3) Additional proof of residence (more than one item) is required of the parent/guardian.  Items required to establish proof of residence include, non-cell phone bill, utility bill, credit card statement, bank statement, mail from government agencies (excluding PGCPS) for official correspondence, hospital bill, or auto, home, or health insurance policy.  Prince George’s County Public Schools reserves the right to monitor this type of proof periodically or as needed (as often as every 30 days). TRANSCRIPT REQUEST AND OTHER FORMS

All Transcript Requests MUST come through Scriborder.  While you are more than welcome to email Ms. Brown-Tunstall if you have questions, she is unable to process transcripts through email.

Withdrawal or Transfer Request Form

NOTE:  Walk-In Requests for withdrawal must be submitted using the withdrawal form which is available upon request located in the Main Office. Only the parent that registered the student(s) can withdraw them. Please present your government issued ID when submitting the request.

PGCPS Graduation Requirements - Effective with the Graduating Class of 2025 and beyond (entering freshman of Fall 2021), graduation requirements to earn a Maryland High School diploma.
