PBIS SUPPORTS STUDENTS BY:
• Foster a welcoming, positive, and safe school climate.
• Support learning and engagement for students and teachers.
• Minimize principal visits and suspensions to keep students in class.
• Teach essential social skills for personal care and relationships.
• Address students' needs to enhance skills and promote success.

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
ClassDojo will be the main communication tool for students, parents, and teachers to share updates on positive behavior and school activities. Supported by the Parent-Teacher Organization and volunteers, it aims to enhance family and community engagement. High Bridge Elementary promotes the S.O.A.R. Pledge—Safe, Organized, Accountable, and Respectful—through monthly lessons across subjects, with the High Bridge Hawk Matrix and S.O.A.R. Pledge displayed prominently to encourage positive behavior.
