Technology Agreement Form

The Technology Agreement form is posted via the school website homepage and Class Dojo.  Parents are to complete the form and send the completed form to school with their child. 

Distribution will be by appointment only. Parents will need to use the links prvoided below to schedule an appointment. The following services will be provided by appointment:

  • Issuing of new computers
  • Assessment of malfunctioning computers
  • Replacement devices issued
  • Broken device collection
  • Payment for devices

How to report technology issue or damage?

Please click the link to access the following google form for your students grade level. After filling out the form please allow 24-48 hours for a response with a scheduled appointment.

Password and Software Updates

Please see the link to the forms above for Password resets. Ms. Cheek is available to reset student passwords. If you have any issues with passwords and/or devices, please contact your students teacher first then Ms.Cheek (Technology Coordinator) at jada.cheek@pgcps.org  or Jessadel Cervantes at jessadel.cervantes@pgcps.org
