Dear Lewisdale Families,

As we enter this joyful season, we want to wish every one of our Lion families a safe, peaceful, and fun holiday time with loved ones. December brings exciting learning, celebrations, and community events—and we are grateful for your continued partnership and support.

Upcoming Events & Important Dates

December 11 – PTO & Literacy Night

Join us for an engaging family evening filled with reading activities, resources, and fun! We look forward to seeing our families participate and learn together.

First Quarter Recognition

We are proud to recognize our students and parents for Perfect Attendance during the first quarter! Beginning this month, we will continue monthly and quarterly attendance celebrations to honor students who show responsibility by being present and on time.

December 15 – Attendance Breakfast Celebration (Cafeteria)

PreK–5 Students @ 8:30 AM
Invitation letters will be sent home to students being recognized.

December 16 – ELD Make & Take Breakfast

Breakfast served at 7:45 AM
Families are invited to collaborate with our ELD teachers on fun literacy activities.

Food Distribution

  Thank you for making our community support events successful each month.

🎶 December 18 @ 6 PM – Winter Concert

Come out and enjoy performances from our talented Lions! This is a wonderful way to celebrate the season together.

⏰ December 19 – Early Dismissal for Students

Please make arrangements for timely pickup.

  We hope you enjoy a relaxing winter break.
  School resumes on Monday, January 5, 2026.

School Reminders

Uniform Policy

Lewisdale ES is a mandatory uniform school:

• • Red tops
    
    
  • Navy blue bottoms
    
    
  • No jeans permitted

Thank you for ensuring your child arrives in proper school uniform every day.

 Attendance Matters

Students must arrive by 7:15 AM
Tardy slips begin at 7:31 AM
Consistent attendance builds strong academic habits and supports student success.
