Board Meetings & Events

On behalf of the PTA, we hope that the entire Tulip Grove community is having a great start to the school year. We are thrilled to welcome all of our returning families and extend a special welcome to those joining our school community for the first time.  

We have a couple of reminders and updates to share—please see below!  

  • Back to School Night: As we announced in our last email, this year EVERYONE is a member of the PTA and we have a really easy assignment to get you connected to the community. We are looking for volunteers to help out at the PTA booth during Back to School Night this Thursday, September 10th. There are half hour slots available from 5 pm – 7:30 pm. This is probably the EASIEST way possible to get involved, so check out the “Volunteer Signups” link on the PTA Board website and pick a time. Don’t worry, we will download you on everything you need to know when you get there. 

  • PTA Committee Signups: The Tulip Grove PTA Needs YOU!  From helping to plan the Fall Festival or Teacher Appreciation Week to being a Room Parent or assisting with Fundraising, there are LOTS of ways to get involved. Please sign up via the “Volunteer Signups” link on the PTA Board website. 

  • Fall Festival - Friday, October 23, 2026: Speaking of Fall Festival...it is right around the corner and promises to be another great night for our school community! We would love to have volunteers to chair the event, along with committee members to help us execute. Please sign up using the “Volunteer Signups” link today.  

  • First PTA Meeting: Our first PTA meeting will be Monday, September 28th at 6:30pm in the Multipurpose room. Please join us—we can’t wait to meet you!  

  • Donate to the PTA and win your child’s classroom a PIZZA Party! As we announced last month, this year we are doing PTA membership differently. This year, EVERYONE is a member. That is correct. Every family is a member of the PTA. Instead of regular membership fees, every class will have a class fee. We are asking families to donate as little as $7 per child to that fee or as much as they would like so that membership can include every student in that class and ultimately every family in Tulip Grove. The first class that reaches 100% with their fee will win a pizza party! Please use the form on the PTA Board website (Forms and Payments link) to sign up for your membership. When you are signing up via the membership form, please use the additional donation option to add the amount foranother child.
