The Class of 2026 at International High School at Langley Park has set a remarkable standard of excellence, resilience, and achievement.

This year's graduating class is on track to earn the highest graduation rate in school history at an impressive 88%, a reflection of the determination and perseverance that define this extraordinary group of students.

The class earned nearly $7 million in scholarships opening doors to colleges, universities, and career pathways across the country. Among those scholars is valedictorian Khatira Rustami, a refugee from Afghanistan and the first person in her family to graduate from high school. Although admitted to Stanford University, she accepted a full scholarship to George Washington University.

Another standout senior, Belquees Sahak, earned more than $1.3 million in scholarships, showcasing the limitless potential of this graduating class.
