The Innovation and Performance Area is led by a team of experienced instructional and systems leaders who work directly with schools to drive improvement.

Associate Superintendent
Dr. LeTrecia Gloster, Associate Superintendent for the Innovation and Performance Area, provides strategic direction for districtwide efforts to strengthen leadership, instructional practice, and performance outcomes in CSI and ATSI schools.

Instructional Directors
Instructional Directors support clusters of schools and partner closely with principals and leadership teams to align instruction, professional learning, and school improvement strategies.
