All 12-month employees should report to work on time but are eligible for liberal leave.

All athletic practices and games are canceled for today and will be rescheduled.

There is no transporation for non-public schools except pickup for Maryland School for the Blind and Maryland School for the Deaf.

School Hours

Colin Powell Academy's Schedule Prince George’s County Public Schools is moving to standardized bell times as part of efforts to improve school bus transportation districtwide. For the current school year, Colin Powell Academy's start and end times are 8:30 AM to 3:10 PM. Doors open at 8 AM. More information on the full scope of PGCPS transportation improvements and FAQs can be found at https://www.pgcps.org/bus.
