FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS

for all students at no cost to you!

Physicals may be used for:
1. All School Sports
2. Tryouts and Conditioning
3. Stay Healthy. Stay in the Game.

Physicals will be available at the following locations:
1. Hyattsville Middle School
2. Sonia Sotomayor Middle School
3. Walker Mill Middle School
4. Drew Freeman Middle School
5. Oxon Hill High School
6. Fairmont Heights High School
7. Northwestern High School (for NWHS student ONLY).
