At Capitol Heights Elementary School, we're proud to be a Dual Language STEM School where students learn, explore, and grow in two languages! Our Spanish Dual Language Program helps students develop strong bilingual skills while building confidence as critical thinkers and problem-solvers.
In Kindergarten and Grade 1, students learn Math and Science in Spanish, giving them a strong foundation in both academic content and language development.
Beginning in Grades 2–5, students in our Comprehensive Dual Language Program continue strengthening their Spanish language skills while engaging in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences across the curriculum.
Our program is designed to help students become bilingual, biliterate, and globally minded learners all while fostering a love of STEM, collaboration, and discovery.
