Parent Teacher Conference Day - November 11th

Good afternoon Raider Family,

Here is the link to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences with your student's teacher(s) on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026. This year the Parent Teacher conferences will be held in person in each teacher's classroom. The conferences will be held from 8:00 - 11:00 am and 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Please click the link below and schedule your conference(s) by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2026.

ERHS Parent Teacher Conference Link for 11/11/26 

Instructions: 

1. Click the link above.
2. Find the teacher's name you would like to schedule an appointment with (teachers are organized by department).
3. Click the Google calendar link beside the teacher's name.
4. Click on an appointment window (make certain you are on 11/11/26) and complete the necessary information.
5. Click Save.
6. You and the teacher should both receive email confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled. Please make note of the room number for the conference in the appointment details.

The scheduled is designed to accommodate as many students/parents as we can considering the time frame. If you are unable to make an appointment for November 11th, you can always schedule a parent teacher conference through our Guidance department after Monday.
